Q: When do I get charged for my subscription?
A: You will only pay for your first delivery today. For each subsequent delivery we will automatically take the money a couple of days before delivery. This gives us time to contact you if for example your card has expired.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply call us and we will cancel your subscription for you.
Q: What happens when I go on holiday?
A: You can pause you subscription at any time. Simply call us and you can pause your subscription and let us know when you would like it to resume.
Q: When will my flowers be delivered?
A: When you click the 'buy' button you will be asked for your first delivery date. Each subsequent delivery will be on the same day of the week every week / 2 weeks / 4 weeks depending upon the frequency of the subscription you select. If you would like to change the delivery date then please call us.
Q: Can I order a subscription for someone else?
A: Yes. During the checkout you will be asked where you want the flowers delivering.
Q: Are the flowers in a box and posted through my letter box?
A: No! Your flowers are arranged by us and hand delivered by us. All you have to do is to enjoy your flowers.
