Whats Happening With Brexit

06 November 2019There has a been so much talk of Brexit, that we couldn't resist adding to it! We buy directly from Holland every day, we use local growers where ever possible, but the bulk has to come from Aalsmeer. The main issue is that all paperwork has to be submitted to customs. As part of the E.U., there hasn't been a problem and the documents can be sent at around 12pm, meaning we can order in th emorning for next day delivery. However, in the veent of a No Deal all paperwork must be submitted by 9am, the fresh flowers don't leave the auction until 8am, so this means we will not get next d ...Read More

Conditioning Fresh Flowers

24 October 2019Here at Oops A Daisy Florist in Norwich, we really do want our customers to get the very best from the Bouquets that they recieve from us. Aqua hand tied bouquets are extreemly popular, however it should be noted that the water bubble is for transport and the bouquet should be removed and put in fresh water ASAP, or certainly within 2 days. 15 October 2019We are pleased to be supporting Littlelifts UK charity tomorrow. Every year approximately 55,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK, making it the most common cancer. They are on a mission to support them by offering a littlelifts box at the beginning of their chemotherapy treatment. They do this by working directly with hospitals in Norfolk and Suffolk, where boxes are given out to patients during chemotherapy planning or review meetings with their Oncology Team or Breast Care Team. New Month New Range

01 October 2019  Well a new month is upon us! We say good bye to September and welcome in October. Its an exciting month for all flower types, the seasons change and so do the colours and varieties.
